Masood has practiced law in California for nearly 20 years counseling clients in business, corporate and estate planning matters. Having worked with clients in various fields from startup tech companies, to health care, to biotech as well as manufacturing and fast food franchisees, his extensive experience and insight is valued deeply by clients. In addition, he has broad experience advising nonprofits in governance and structuring and currently serves on the board of two nonprofit corporations.

Haroon has represented clients in employment, complex business, insurance, and general liability litigation. These clients range from sole proprietors to some of the world’s largest insurance carriers. He particularly enjoys leveraging his litigation experience to advise clients regarding wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, complex transactions, and limiting exposure to liability.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Haroon worked as the Public Affairs Manager at the Los Angeles chapter of one of the nation’s largest civil rights non-profits, where he worked collaboratively with various communities to address civil rights and social justice issues, advocated for various legislation and promoted just and inclusive policies for all.
